Catalog of 500+ exercises
Faceted filters with live counts, a clickable skeleton and typo-tolerant search in German and English; stick figure and illustration for every exercise.
Print exercise sheets
Drag & drop ordering, notes and dosage, A4 portrait or landscape, QR code to a patient page with video, companion sheet with pain traffic light and exercise diary.
Training-plan manager
Plans per patient with dosage, templates, healing timeline and info sheets; team accounts for clinics, subscriptions via Stripe.
GDPR-compliant health data
Every plan encrypted individually with AES-256-GCM, data processing agreement, data export and retention limits — the admin never sees patient data.
SEO in two languages
Server-side rendered, a page per exercise and joint, hreflang, JSON-LD and sitemap; fast despite 500+ exercises thanks to lazy loading and caching.
Image protection
AI-generated exercise illustrations with a visible source note and an invisible watermark.
